Instructions
Place your hand in first position (index finger at 1st fret). Start with the low E string, fret 1st fret with index finger and pick. Add middle finger to 2nd fret, pick both notes held together. Add ring finger to 3rd fret, pick all three notes held together. Add pinky to 4th fret, pick all four notes held together. Release fingers one by one in reverse order while picking each remaining combination. Move to A string and repeat the entire sequence. Continue through all six strings. Focus on keeping each finger pressed firmly until instructed to release.
